  • During peak seasons, sales, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Estimated Delivery Time

India Orders

  • Metro cities: 3-7 business days

  • Non-metro locations: 5-10 business days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery is available for selected pin codes across India.

  • A nominal COD handling fee may apply and will be displayed at checkout.

  • Our team may contact customers to confirm COD orders before dispatch.

  • Wolf Aura Co reserves the right to cancel suspicious or unverified COD orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or SMS. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Wolf Aura Co will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or if you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@wolfauraco.com@gmail.com with your order number and supporting photographs (if applicable).
