Refund & Return Policy

At Wolf Aura Co, every product is made especially for you once an order is placed. Because of this, we kindly request you to read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product.

  • You received a defective product.

  • You received an incorrect item or wrong size different from what you ordered.

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide:

  • Your order number.

  • Clear photos/videos of the product showing the issue.

  • Photos of the packaging and shipping label.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind.

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer.

  • Color variations caused by screen display settings.

  • Minor variations in print placement or color, as each product is made to order.

  • Discounted, promotional, or clearance items.

Refunds

Once your request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit after collecting the necessary bank details.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only offered if you receive:

  • A damaged item.

  • A defective item.

  • An incorrect item.

Approved exchange requests will be processed at no additional cost to the customer.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Since our products are made on demand, orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

Refund Rejection

Wolf Aura Co reserves the right to reject refund or replacement requests if:

  • The claim is made after the specified timeframe.

  • The product has been used, washed, or damaged by the customer.

  • Sufficient proof of the issue is not provided.
